He has graduated from Istanbul Technical University(ITU) with a BSc degree on Computer Engineering and got his MA degree from Yildiz Technical University(YTU), Art&Design program on the design of interactive multimedia in art performances. He's currently studying on his PhD dissertation at the same institution. He has given courses on graphics, animation and interaction programming at YTU Communication Design, Architecture and Computer Engineering programs for 10 years (7 years full-time and 3 years part-time).
He has been working as a digital producer and professional multimedia developer for more than 15 years and implemented several web, multimedia, game, interactive installation and mobile application projects for top educational, cultural and entertainment institutions. His notable projects are Filming Revolution (one of the first digital projects published by Stanford Digital Publications), Becoming İstanbul, Graft, and 1+8 for SALT. He has established his company, Kakare Interactive, in 2011 with the grant he got from Teknogirisim R&D program of Turkish Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. His mobile social game project elected to 2011's 40 notable enterprises by E-tohum and deserved to be one of the 3 projects for Nokia/E-tohum fund.
He's currently serving organizations under the name of Kakare Interactive, educate and mentor at Karma VR/AR Lab, consulting organizations, collaborating with designers/researchers and exploring novel styles and technologies to access digital content.
